City Dry Cleaning has been Northwest Ohio’s premier drycleaning and laundry service since 1944.  Of course many things have changed since our inception, but we are really excited to talk today about the technology that we use to enhance your customer experience.

Starting in 2016, City Dry Cleaning has offered customer’s order pick up notifications via email.  When you drop off your items to us, you are given the date the items can be picked up.  But we also offer a notification service once your order is racked or out for delivery to your home or business.  Our customers have found this very helpful, as we know you’re busy, and this is a just a friendly reminder your items are packaged beautifully and ready to be picked up.

City Dry Cleaning also offers an online customer portal.  Long gone are the days where you need to remind your dry cleaner of you preferences every time you visit.  You can now go online, pay your invoices, review your order history, schedule a pick-up and notate your preferences on how you like your garments packaged, pressed and delivered.

Along those lines, you no longer need to pull out your wallet at every visit.  Our customer portal allows our customers to save their billing preferences and credit card information as well.  If you’re a counter customer, you can pull through our drive through, have your clothes delivered to your car and your card will be automatically be charged as you pull away (or at the end of each month).  We understand that we are in the business of convenience and we are constantly looking for ways to better service you.

City also offers our regular counter and delivery customers an express bag.  The bag is labeled with your contact info, so dropping off your items is a breeze.  Again you can pull into our drive through and someone will collect your express bag right from your car.  Again, since you preferences are noted on the express bag or saved on your customer preference sheet, there is no need to stick around to tell us how you would like your items processed.

As a route customer, you receive FREE pick up and delivery service.  You also receive the same white glove service but from the convenience at your home or office.  You will be given set days during the week that we will be in your neighborhood to pick up and deliver your items.  With your credit card and preferences on file, there is no need to stick around to make sure your order goes smoothly.
